Dubbed the most anticipated social-motoring event of the year, the 1st Batam’s Treasure Hunt flagged off will be from Tumenggung Stadium at Batam Center will begin at 6.30 am on 13th March 2021. Themed ‘KENALI BATAM KITA’ or GET TO KNOW OUR BATAM are the challenge. We would expect 200 participants from 50 cars or ‘ Batam Island Treasure ’ travelling to destinations that included the Batam Center, Nongsa and Batu Aji area.
Solving riddles along the way from the Batam Center, Nongsa and Batu Aji area. , the treasurer had to complete five challenges at the three designated areas consist of art, culture and tourism.
With treasures in hand, the participant headed to the final checkpoint at BatamTreasure Hunt before making their way to the prize presentation ceremony at one of the mall in Batam Canter.
In light of the current covic 19 situation, participants and committee will screen before being allowed into every pitch point. Hand sanitisers and facemasks will be provide also made available.
This a great opportunity and exposure for Batam tourist by focusing to local resident on tourism, art and culture we re-discover again about Batam added Ardiwinata Head of Batam Tourism and Culture.
